Donna P. Weinberg founded weinberg & associates, inc. in 1986. Since then, she has had enormous success matching people to jobs by combining her strong service orientation with her extensive background in psychological assessment.

Through weinberg & associates, inc., Donna has created a personalized and effective recruiting and placement methodology. She combines insightful analysis of both job openings and candidate background and personality with an in-depth understanding of the high-tech and financial services markets.

Donna maintains superior long-standing client relationships with established companies in New England as well as new and exciting start-ups. Additionally, she has developed a large database of high caliber, pre-screened, qualified, available candidates.

Donna has over 20 years experience in the high-tech placement and human resources fields. This includes experience as a Human Resources Manager for a growing high-tech company and four years as a top producer for a major local recruiting agency.

Donna is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds M.A. and M.Ed. degrees.
